This workshop explored the practical considerations and challenges of applying a range of monitoring and evaluation techniques and methods to CVE communication programs. Subject matter experts presented on a range of monitoring and evaluation issues relevant to CVE communication. These presentations formed the basis for discussions held in two breakout groups, which convened three times during the course of the seminar. Most importantly, these breakout groups tried to identify actionable steps the GCTF can take to improve the approach to monitoring and evaluation in CVE communications. In order to encourage and facilitate open,frank, and respectful discussion, the seminar operated under the Chatham House Rule.
